LEARN TO PLAY BIG!
The 2021 Trench Training Play BIG Pro Camp is a 6 hour non-contact camp that will offer expert instruction from our professional staff. We’ll teach tips and techniques to each player to help achieve further development in their offensive or defensive line positions.
Learn stance, take-off, punch mechanics, body position, hip flexibility and core activation from our staff of former NFL and college players. We offer expert on-field instruction as well as an opportunity for one-on-one evaluation and instruction. Athletes can learn how the pros prepare for their season.
WHERE LINEMEN BELONG
During camp, all athletes will receive a unique, elite level experience. They will participate in 5 hours of on-field drill work as well as instructional seminars on training, nutrition and recruiting. We will also be filming drillwork and provide access to athletes to review and share.
